Ten weeks ago a few chosen explorers found a land rich with both quality forests, flat lands, sturdy mountains and the ground to be riddled with minerals. The explorers marked down the area, returned to their homeland to seal the deal with the queen and send five miners on an endeavor to the future-mine and search for rich minerals and riches to aid their country in a time of crCIA.

Before making your character, here's a little explanation on how things work.

First off, here's the map. The farther you explore or deeper you dig expands the map.

What you are using to mine, dig or destroy differs on how much of an item you get from that block.

With your hands, you get nothing.
With an un-designated tool you get one item per block.
With a designated tool you get three items per block.

You can move four times a turn. Every player gets one turn at a time. A day consists of 20 turns. That's four turns for each player. If a player doesn't respond for his or her turn, the turn is skipped and time still passes.

When it is your turn, you tell me where you want to move your character.
As an example:

As you progress, you find different types of blocks.

Also, you can ask to check your inventory or craft an item. Certain items can only be crafted at a smelting pot or table.

You can hold only 20 items at once.

Tools do not degrade.

And lastly, if you die, your character is dead and a new character can be made. When you die, you cannot make a new character.

Also some mining rules:
You can't mine through stone or rock with a shovel or axe.
You cannot mine upwards.
The only way to go upwards is to place a ladder.
If you step off of a block and down a hole, falling will kill you.
Use supports, cave-ins kill you instantly!

Everything else has to be learned while playing.

You can change it to your heart's desire. Just keep it in the boundaries of 32x32.
