Author Topic: My wireless adapter has random flatlining.  (Read 1133 times)

Well at the moment I'm using my wireless adapter to get internet. But, my adapter thinks it's funny to make my internet not work, then work, then not work. I don't know why but it's supposed to make my internet faster and it has a better catchment area for finding routers.

Here is what I mean.

I swear Trendnet is screwing with me. It never used to do this to me either.

lol thats what you receive and send.
nothing to worry

MUAHAHA
You feel my pain, brother.
I have the exact same adapter.
It's bullstuff - go buy a new one. I'm gonna do the same in the next couple days.

Tom

That just means you aren't loading anything.

I'm loading stuff.

Transfer Rate is incredibly low, even a stuffty USB adapter can go to 54+ mbps

Go out and buy a new one, you can get some really good ones at OfficeMax. Gonna cost you 25 dollars at the least though. I have an N600 Dual Band adapter, it works like a dream but it will burn up 50 dollars.

This. I hate Trendnet for making this piece of stuff. xD
Where'd you get the N600, Nobb?

Be quiet, I already told you that i'm loading stuff.

Can't buy a new one, because technically I'm stealing internet from my parents. If I said I can't get internet from my room and I need a new adapter, most likely they will slaughter me.

Tom

What exactly are you doing on the internet right now?

It has a forgettarded low transfer rate though.

It's not only that, his transfer rate is incredibly low.
11 mbps is not sufficient. At least 24 mbps should be enough.
