Homing rocket Launcher not homing!

Title says all. I also noticed that phydeoux's fighter jet's homing missiles don't home either. Do those 2 mods conflict in any way?

Try hosting a minigame...let someone join...and whola. This is actually repulsive, try reading the description on the add-on.
