Author Topic: So I need some help...  (Read 979 times)

So as some of you know, im an atheist, but I still have to go to church every Sunday.
Well today apparently the person who does all the powerpoints n'stuff quit, and a 70 year old guy volunteered

Lets just say todays powerpoint was awful. At one point we watched a very funny youtube video explaining evangelism. I had no clue a person could be THAT bad at youtube.

So basically my mom and dad talked to me after church because they saw that i was laughing my ass off while watching half the stuff that the guy was doing. They told me that if I volunteered to do all that stuff that it would help me out getting a job and things of that nature.

I was just wondering if I should volunteer for this, and what benefits I would have from doing so.

Do it. Research the stuff all online. Powerpoints are very easy.

The only + I can see in your position is for your resume.

I know, that why I was thinking about it.

You watch powerpoints at church?

How would powerpoints help with his resume exactly? Any person with half a brain can do it.

I haven't been to Mass since I was Three. I've become Atheist since then.
Power Points are very simple indeed, But it does take much time to make them. I use Open Office anyways.

Do it. Once you become valuable to the church you can threaten to quit if you don't get your way.

volunteer so you can get huge cash dolla!!!

EDIT: Nice vague title

You need some help? Yes, you do.

Do it so you can put on a screamer and scare the stuff outta your churchmates?

Since when?
The church I used to go to did it, but the one I'm currently going to doesn't.
