Author Topic: There were some serious problems going on at my house. Everything resolved! C':  (Read 2245 times)

So, my parents got a little boozed. (or a lot). The night started out fine. Then I had some chest pains, perfectly normal. Then I had breathing problems. And I got dizzy, and I kinda started to pass out, so I woke myself up, and asked for some help. Then after a while of my horrible excuse for a father, went insane, literally. He smashed stuff up. But, my mom was asleep so he beat her into a table. And she woke up. So my mom called her mother-in-law, after my dad threw me out of my wheelchair, basically. So my grandma came over and picked him up. My mother's face is kinda busted, and she refused to go to the hospital. But that's not all, my dad left my grandma's house, so now he'll probably go to jail. My mom's okay now, I think. My chest and my arm stopped hurting, a little.

But I'm still in shock.

But it's sort of my fault, because I wanted to go to the ER.

Okay, my dad came back this morning and my mom is okay. I woke up and had some coffee, and everything is fine now. My parents made up and they're cleaning the house up right now.

Last night I was scared. I'm still gonna see a doctor about the chest problems.

But I'm glad that it's resolved, my mom and dad told me they were sorry and that they're never going to drink alcohol again because of problems like this.

It's not your fault, don't even think that.

I'm not really sure what to tell you though ..

Chest pains and breathing problems? I dunno, a small heart attack? I heard they can be so minor you don't even know it's a heard attack at first. Don't take my advice like a professional's however.

I have a feeling you skipped reading the part where her dad beat her mom
dunno

Poor Lizzy :(
try to watch some videos or something to calm yourself down, or music.

it isn't really your fault, since your parents were the ones who were drunk.

Prepare for this next time, Get something long and sturdy for self defense. Instincts say you should hit anything that is hitting you.
I haven't used mine in a while but I have an old wooden toy rifle, its about 3 feet long, and I use at is a melee weapon.

a girl in a wheelchair with brittle bones fighting someone ...

right

Your breathing problems and chest pains and whatever hurt your arm sounds like a pulmonary embolism.

read my pm for further info.

Unless this has happened before, go to an ER.

also: Take a big breath and tell me if that causes the pain to exasorbate (get worse)

and are any of your legs or arms swollen or painful?

You wake up in the night, tell your father that your chest hurts and he goes batstuff insane? What the forget?

You forgot the part where they were wasted.

That's horrible. I hope you can sort things out with your family. I can't imagine that losing your father to prison could be a good thing and he mustn't of meant what he did! D: Also it was right of you for wanting to go to ER if your parents/grandma didn't let you then that's wrong.
