Only Owners and myself can permanently ban people, moderators doesn't have the ability to permanently ban anyone.

But you're banned from a moderator, don't worry, at least the ban will not take forever, the banning you'll have to worry about is from a Owner and myself.

What are the requirements to be a moderator?I used Xat for two years on my website before I closed it down due to trolls and alts.Also I dont kick/ban unless I know someone did something wrong, If anyone remembers ShadowZero's Tdm in spyglass they would know I'm a good admin/moderator.

Anyways the only way I could apply was if my computer would get its ram replacements as I got ram that got corrupted, other than that I would be glad to atleast join your chatroom, but I cant at the moment as the 3DS does not support Flash...(yet)
