Otherwise known as a very cheap way to make 2d animations...
no its game maker

Actually, i wish you would give me a small amount of credit due to how long it took me to make this game.

I was able to make this game with about 2 hours of tutorials, was it worth it?

Please know that 2 hours is a small price to pay, even to make a crappy game.

I could make a platformer like Mario, or a game like Doom with some more studying.
Because everyone knows that Doom isn't really 3D.

My skill with this engine is still "Noob" level, so i probably shouldn't have released this game on here, but I'm still glad to know what is expected of me later.

If you want to make successful and good game I wouldn't suggest Game maker for making games, its a horrible game engine with limited functions. You should look for a different game constructor that wont hold your hand all the way through and has a wide range of functions such as XNA, Torque (The engine the Blockland uses), C#, or Java.

Or Python if you're a beginner. It is extremely easy and does almost as much as C++ does.

 Thanks for the advice.

I just wanna try something simple for now, and upgrade to better engines as i go.

Thank you all for the criticism, it just makes me happy to see the feedback.

I will now lock this topic because I'm moving on to other projects.

Python
Use Construct to make games if you're going to do Python.
