My screen size is too loving big, what do I do?

I was playing New Vegas, I clicked exit and now my screen is loving huge. This is not an issue with resolution as I have changed the resolution size but it does not seem to fix this at all. I can't even see a whole internet page I have to pan around with the damn mouse cursor.

Did that and it didn't work so I did system restore. It worked when I did system restore but then I restarted my computer and it reverted back to this stuff.

there's some weirdass zoom tool thingy in windows 7 that zooms the screen

dunno how to get out of it though

or into it for that matter

I've accidentally shortcutted myself into it though sometimes but it just goes away after a few seconds.

I'm using XP, I don't have magnifier but this really does sound like magnifier.

last time this happened to my friend on windows 7, i played tf2 then css
it fixed itself
it is a resolution problem, i swear

my friend's resolution was different than the native resolution that he set, and it didnt show.
until i played css
then it showed up and was also back to normal
