My grama called me into her room once, and she told me her laptop wasn't working. My dad is really technologically-minded, but when he's at work, I'm the next one down.
Anyway, she said it isn't working. I looked at it for about 2 seconds, then told her, "It isn't turned on, grama." She pressed the button to turn it on and it worked perfectly. She thanked me and I left the room.
