Collisions wont happen like that because generally people who can drive are not handicapped and don't just pull into another lane when they see a car coming. Of course, I'm not entirely sure if you're talking about motorbikes or bicycles, if it's bicycles, I understand what you mean when cyclists cycle in the middle of the road so no cars at all can get past.
Motorbikes have the right away though. They're still vehicles, and trust me, driving close into the side of the road is loving dangerous. They have as much right as a car does. (I will be a future motorbiker, or at least want to) :D

yeah thats why when i swing a punch i realize "osht wall" and kinda slow down the swing to avoid holes.
but i can only slow a full swing so much and it still hurts like a bitch because i always put my knuckles into it.

I just can't put a word here before snapping into a "kill loving everything" rage because I hate this demon of a kid so goddamn much. I'm just GLAD I finally got out of that class after grade 5. And I STILL want him to die.
