Alright, i'm hooking my pal up with a PC which can run Call of Duty: World at War at console-settings.

I need it from somewhere that ships to the UK, if possible.

I don't know of a computer than can run WaW for ~$500

I know he's searching for a PC, but if he wants a dirt cheap machine that can play WaW at a Console standard, then why not just buy a console?
It's going to be cheaper and it's going to definitely be capable of playing the game.

The cheaper a computer you look for, the less it's going to be capable of doing.
Atleast a Console is a set price and it's made to play the game's it is given.

If he absolutely can't go any higher and can't build one himself, an APU would probably be the best bet.
