Author Topic: So I had this bike crash going to school.  (Read 2836 times)

I was going down the sidewalk, I go onto the ramp on said sidewalk, when my bike goes into the air, my front wheel turns to the left a bit, and I get flung of my bike, face(nose?)planting the sidewalk, smashing my knee into the ground, and tearing my elbow up.

Then my bike just had to land on my back.

5 people drove by, but apparently, a person on the sidewalk with a bike on their back isn't worth helping.

Oh yeah, I blacked out and there was a bruise on the back of my head.

Alright, Pictures, go.

That's blood showing on the outside.
I'm not taking the gauze pad off, it's held on by surgical tape.
The most bleeding was in my knee, and the inside of my pants leg is covered with blood.  Luckily I was wearing navy pants, so it didn't show up.

My nose hurts like a bitch.

I blacked out, so it didn't hurt that bad, then I woke up.
It wasn't bad enough for my dad to have to take me home, though.

People are asses for just driving by.

Ok, I'm gonna take off the side of the gauze patch that isn't touching hair.

GOD DAMNIT

IT HURTS LIKE HELL

It's starting to scab over.

I only did anything serious once, I didn't even fall off. I was going over a bump, slipped of the seat and was dragged along by the bike. The only times I have hurt myself was... Well...
I was riding into my front yard, the gravel moves and my bike slips and I get stuck under it. No injuries, just looking like a twat.

Reminds me of the time I almost drove my bike into a moving car.
But yeah, I know how you feel. :C

It looks like you were shot... Put that Gauze Patch back on for safety.

My knee was bleeding like a gunshot wound.

It's back on anyways.

Nurse Mandy is cool.
