Enable friendly fire on zombie mod.
Enable weapon damage.
Enable friendly fire with tdm mod if there both on same team.

Do you have baby mod on? Baby mod is not compatible with rot zombies.

I ran into this at one point on my short lived midevil rp server. It went away on its own. All I know is, i told someone it didnt work then they soul-calibered another visitor in the face. Idk why i left that on... But anyway its fixed itself.

weapons only work if im in an rp, like, /startrp and it starts 1 and i can kill people, but on a mini nope.
