How?
CPU - Your CPU is .8 ghz slower.
GPU - Your GPU is much older.  There's not much else to say.
OS - I have Windows 7 Ultimate, you have Home.
RAM - There's a difference between RAM and hard drive space.  RAM is short term memory, nothing else.  I can't say anything about that because you don't know what you are talking about.
Edit: Assuming you are right about how much RAM you have, congrats.  It wasn't a total waste of money.

Also, I believe, chances are yours is an Athlon II if it's on an AM3?
That's just a Phenom without L3 cache.
