OS: Windows 7 home premium x64 bit
RAM: 1Tb

Definitely a better processor. A tri-core or greater should do the trick.
A GeForce 9200 is outdated. Try looking at the GTX 440 or Radeon HD 6850.
You'll also need to list more details, like if you're getting a box computer, or building it yourself.

Dell doesn't make processors.

Both the CPU and GPU are pretty outdated in performance. You might be able to run Blops and MW2 decently, But no way are you going to be able to run ArmA 3.

And I'm not sure about AC2 or Brink.

I'd definitely upgrade the GPU over the CPU. 9200 is really old and bad.

no. once i get my new pc im going to max it out if the hole thing isnt interigated into the motherboard- BESIDES whats wrong with a box computer?!

No operating system I know of can support it, but with enough slots and a superawesome motherboard you could do it.

The RAM is at least 8gb and 4gb
