Author Topic: I jumped off a bridge today.  (Read 2651 times)

Okay, it was for bungee jumping, but holy forget it was scary.

You don't think it'll be that bad until you're standing on the edge of a bridge 200 ft. above the water.

The worst part is the freefall, I mean holy stuff, just remembering the free fall is like falling again...it's just...terrifying. Then you kind of start to not recognize anything going on, and you won't be able to remember what happened in the instant before you hit the bottom of the cord and started to bounce. Once you bounce, everything rushes back and you get the feelin' of "forget yeah weightless bouncing this is cool" for a second.

I screamed out "NOT TODAY! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA" while I was bouncing. I'll post pictures when I get them, but in the meantime:

Has anyone here been bungee jumping? Do you want to go?

I want to go but now it sounds too scary :C

I'm a scaredy cat, no thanks.

And I wouldn't want to mess up my hair. (avatar)

Sounds like my first time with rollercoasters, I went on what was supposedly the scariest one at Hershey Park and it was my first coaster.

Bungee jumping sounds great though, and I lol'd at "not today".

I want to
I'll pay you $15 if you manage to cut the cord while you're falling.

Sounds loving fun.

But loving scary. D:

he became slenderman.

I would rather skydive than bungie jump :s

I jumped off a building today
a lego building that is

If you're jumping over water and then the cord suddenly snaps while in fall try tying the two pieces together again.

And feel pain on your head.

I would rather skydive than bungie jump :s
This.
First chance I get I'm going skydiving.

it sounds fun but not something i'd ever do, thanks.
