Wouldn't Badspot only be able to revoke his key if he was doing something the ToS said he could not?

If you read the ToS yourself, you would see that Badspot reserved the right to terminate the ID for any reason.

He has revoked keys simply because people were abusing his game and stuffting on innocent users who payed to enjoy the game.
