I think if it was an online ban he would still be able to play the full version of Blockland just not online. If his key is revoked he would not have the full version of Blockland anymore and just the demo.

I just encountered him earlier as well. I had a full server for my snowball fight DM, and luckily, right after I saved, all I saw was "hi im %1 and i crashed this server" and my server, well, crashed. I still hold to the idea that if he's banned from all the reputable player's servers, he won't really be a problem. Although I'd like to see his key revoked, for some reason I just don't see it happening.
