probably, I mean if you can't vote-kick, or something like that, then get an Admin to ban/kick manually. If he's afk then I guess you're stuck.
Besides, it's just a game, no matter how annoying someone acts in a game, I don't think that's a good reason to take someone's $20 from them.

No it isnt. %1 acts pretty normal in family rp's, not that I go to them but, its what i've heard. Why doesnt everyone just ignore him? And leave the servers he joins.

Why would I leave a server I like because of him? And how can I ignore him. He spams chat whenever he gets too. Makes jokes about everyone on the server, and does any other crap that he can do to bother the hell out of us. At this point I think he doesn't even care what people think about him anymore. Heres a picture taken at Spade's server to show you that he spams whenever he gets the chance to.

He's such a loving coward. Whenever an admin leaves any server he is in, he immideatly starts spamming the whole screen, and when the admin comes back, he immideatly stops.
