Subject: Help - Audio spontaneously broke

However, the dumbasses at Microsoft decided to not only not include it on Windows 7 Home Premium, but also give you the ability to go to a direct version only to tell you it can't be used. It directed me to User Accounts, and I can't figure out how to work the instructions from here. Can anyone help?
Edit: And then it suddenly comes back. I'm not locking this, though: My computer keeps doing weird forget and I bet this will happen again before this expires.
