Where I live we have an airforce base so all kinds of airshows happen, most involing jets. The funny part about it is that we dont use the runway at the AFB, the AFB instead uses part of the public airport. Mainly because government cut spending so maintenance went down. But anyways, one time a Canadian Air Force group came to town and flew around really close together. The day before it began though, one pilot was preparing and ended up crashing at the AFB itself. I think they said the thing that strapped him in came loose and he hit his head while he was flying upside down, and lost control of the plane. It was pretty sad :(.
