Author Topic: Majora's Mask: one huge plot hole.  (Read 5252 times)

The moon is moving too slow to even crash into world. The most it would do is just crush anything under it.

The moon is obviously not correctly affected by gravity in this game.
It must be powered by a rocket on the other side!

So as the moon slowly crushes the village why don't the villagers just evacuate to safety?

Because it's a video game.

you cant just walk away from a loving moon falling on you

you cant just walk away from a loving moon falling on you

I CAN DAMN WELL TRY.
POWERWALK TO SAFETY

nor is anything else since gravity is gravity

and this suddenly makes the game bad

nor is anything else since gravity is gravity

This moon is not correctly affected by gravy

Time isn't relevant in the Zelda universe, the moons destruction would wipe the entire population out no matter the location. The moon is technically supposed to be the size of a real moon hence why on the final hours it starts burning up in the atmosphere except you can't exactly go into that scale/detail on the N64. Mind you the Termina universe has been scale right the forget down, Clock Town is supposed to be huge as well as the field which it sits in not to mention the mountains etc.

Plus the moon is created by dark magic etc, it explodes on impact suggesting its doing a little more then landing on the ground. All in all your "plot hole" is WROOOOONNNNGGGG.

You have 3 days to pack your stuff and run away in any direction. However due to this being a zelda world the entire map is blocked off by rocks and water hazards.
