You're paying for the dorm, so if you get kicked out, so does he technically. How you're describing him, he will probably try to fight you if you hit him anyways.

He sounds like a total richardnose. Hopefully you'll get a better roommate soon since it takes superhero patience to tolerate him for this long.

haven't thought about that, but right now I'm extremely broke so I can't buy anything.
I really hope I get a new room mate, I don't care who. Those two people are pretty much the only richards I've met. I'm friends with the goths, jocks, furcigarettes, channers, gamers, etc.
Everyone besides them is super nice :n

If you have a video camera you could tell him you're doing this for a movie or something, tell him he could be famous if he just goes on with his daily life with you videotaping him
