no its not, i just made someone as a tank sit on a ottoman, and i hopped on and he started holding me 0_o

This was a glitch that was fixed, but another way to do it was found.
You make a bot ride a vehicle, then get in the vehicle, and respawn the vehicle. And now your left with the Bot holding you.

It was not a bot, it was someone playing as a tank :/
