Do you build your own doors or use JVS?

Well, I was in the middle of recreating a city from a game, and I got to the point where I have to build doors, and I'm not quiet sure wether or not I should just use JVS, or build my own doors. I thought, I might as well ask the community, and which do you prefer?

Build the doors yourself, or just use JVS?

I prefer built doors, but I occasionally use JVS.

JVS is practically standard in my opinion, I just can never build a door right with a 4x width.

I usually disable JVS on my server, JVS is buggy and junky (especially for clients who join my server on Mac) and its synonymous with crap builders who think spamming doors on their spam houses will improve quality.

JVS if it fits with my build (both artisticly and size)

Custom if I want something to open slow or something like a garage gate.

I almost always use JVS. Works wonderfully for me and allows for a variety of styles that would normally be rather difficult or impossible to create in the space provided and with the style wanted. Although, a nice homemade door is always a good touch to any build.

I only build and event doors when I'm at Badspot's Block Party. Everywhere else is where I use JVS.

JVS allows me to use different styles of doors as opposed to the rather simplistic built doors. I couldn't live without JVS. :c

It depends on the type of door, if it's just a plain old house door, then JVS, but I like to use blocko doors for things like space ships. All a manner of opinion, I guess.

I personally use no JVS. I just don't like it, it doesn't fit in in my opinion. Built doors allow more customization and though they have no animation, you can still have open and closed positions evented. It's more work, but it's just nicer and it shows more eventing and building prowess.
