I love cheese. Who doesn't? Don't say people who are lactose intolerant.

Cheese has been around for about 10,000 years, and people have been making their variantions on it all over the world.

The milk-based product comes in many different varieties, flavors, and textures. Creation of cheese is attributed to either the Turks or pre-Roman European countries.

Discuss your favorite kinds of cheese.
This is mine.

Pecorino Romano cheese is a hard Italian cheese used for grating, primarily. It is usually used in pastas.

I discovered how much I loved romano when I grabbed it out of the frige, thinking it was Parmesan. I put it on my spaghetti, and thought, 'This tastes kinda funny.' I looked at the container, and it said "PECORINO ROMANO" on it. I really liked the flavor, even more than the Parmesan I was used to. It is a very salty cheese, and rather sharp. To put it into words, for me, Pecorino Romano cheese is loving awesome.

Mini Babybel Original.

100% all natural cheese... for sucking, biting, chewing, or even gumming.
0 grams of trans fat per serving, and they weigh .75 ounces each.
I like sticking it in my mouth, sucking on it, and waiting until it's soft enough the chew. Then I swallow.

Cheese is stuff.

SOMETIMES,

I DREAM ABOUT CHEESE.

I like the kind thats in the ravioli and lasagna (name is escaping me) and pepperjack.

My favorite cheese in Dubliner.

It combines the flavors of swiss, parmesan, and cheddar.

And my favorite grating cheese is by far Pecorino Romano.
We have a huge chunk of it in the fridge that we use whenever we run out.
