Ever since I got home from a track meet, my head has been hurting. I dont want to take any medication.  My headache is making me kind of nauseous. Any advice on what to do?

I use to suffer from chronic migraines. That stuff hurt.

Meow03, I think it's because of extreme exposure to Lord Tony.

im not really sure what that means

I remember when I used to get headaches, i had a completely different diet than I do now. mind describing yours?

Rub your temples or pinch the top of your nose in between your eyes. You're constricting nerves without any harm to your body that usually lowers or stops a headache. It really helps for me sometimes.

This has legitimately never, ever worked for me. ever.

If you run a lot and really get your blood pumping, then lower your head or just get in a crouching position right after running hard, the blood will likely rush to your head and make you feel like the world is sitting on your head.

I once ran an 800m at a meet as part of a relay team, and I stopped, sat down and lowered my head, putting my elbows on my knees.  All the blood went to my head, hurt like stuff.

I once had to run a meet
I wasn't diagnosed with asthma at the time, but my chest was like super congested
I had to run the 800m in some pretty alright weather, and by the time I was done, I was about to fall over
just drink some water or something and sit down

I got a headache during band practice yesterday
it was probably a mixture of being in the sun so much and the loudness of the instruments
I play a saxophone, so I was surrounded by what is the loudest instrument in our band
alone anyway
the entire trombone section beats the saxophones because there's more of them

Dunno why I didn't think of this earlier, you're getting them after track, and headaches are from muscles in the head, without water a muscle cramps up causing pain, so you're probably dehydrated; Drink water and relax is all I can think of right now.

Oh yeah and dehydration causes headaches most of the time.

Drink more water, a lot more and before you run, not right before.

I drink water more than anything else since marching band started
DAMN stuff'S GOOD
