The animator downloads as a .zip. Did you extract it? You know, unzip the folder?

yes i extracted the thing

basically copy-pasted the stuff inside to my documents

EDIT: Console (which i just noticed) is saying this:

can't creat file testbox(some clover leaf char).gifcan't create file testbox(same char).gif... etc.

i didn't even put in a cloverleaf, wtf.

EDIT2: Works now. Thanks for the help(?) New question: how to make it take smaller boxes so I don't have to make a long line of stuff

and how to scroll if the image length is too long

When you export the .gif it should appear in you ascii-paint-bpio folder. If not then you broke something.
