i thought the greeks invented zero.

what's the direction of the clouds?

what's the direction of the clouds?
well, clouds can move in all directions, so wherever the forget they feel like going.

This topic is too hard for me to comprehend.

i contemplate the creation of the universe and of all of mankind up to this very nanosecond every now and then

and i believe you can think about the concept of nothing

try this:
think about everything

I just think about a big black, infinite room.  Because that's as close to as comprehending it as the human mind comprehends.

Also, what about dolphins?

I've always enjoyed thinking about how it'd be like being dead, if the afterlife, reincarnation, etc. didn't exist.

Think about it, having no physical being, nor being able to technically be concious of anything.

No longer existing in the world.

:>
I think about that a lot.

I just think about a big black, infinite room.
Sounds like something :o

Sounds like something :o
I mean like an empty void.  Close as you're going to get.

But a empty void is SOMETHING
Now sleeping, thats when your mind thinks about nothing and shuts you down.

But a empty void is SOMETHING
Now sleeping, thats when your mind thinks about nothing and shuts you down.
Your mind wanders and wanders, and when your sleeping your dreaming.
And even when you don't dream you dream. There's only a small chance that the dreams you get you'll actually experience. All the other are hidden and forgotten, but you are dreaming.

The concept of nothingness is not a big deal for me. Kinda comes with being a 3D artist, programming and whatnot. Infinity though, now that's a bucket o' fun.

But a empty void is SOMETHING
It's absence can't be comprehended by humans. We simply can't comprehend nothing because we have never experienced/discovered nothingness. Now, Here's a curve ball, Is Anti-Matter Something or Nothing?

Something
Since its called something it is something
