I wouldn't consider what I'm asking to be decent, more like usable. My mom's laptop was $200 or so, runs blender (and I assume photoshop/flash) perfectly, has a hard drive of 250GB I think, and has a long battery life. The only problem is the tablet part, but I think that there should be something out there that meets that requirement as well. Even if I have to spend a little more of my money.

Prolly dosent exist. You could get one of those $99 Liquidated 16Gb HP WebOS thingy's though. Doesn't fit that at all, But they're cheap as ever.

They're all gone bro.

Dude, I looked online and the battery that's in my computer now (6 Cell) is $100. So yeah, You could buy a long lasting battery but you couldn't afford a laptop to go with it. Also, I don't see what is so bad with my Satellite C655D. Sure, the GHz are crappy, but the only thing I noticed was taking a while for the engine to initialize when I start BL. I bought it for $250 and the screen size is 15.6".

Dell Latitude D620. I'm actually running steam games on it.

I think it was around $200 - $300.

It's pretty good.

You say that I won't be able to afford a computer with the battery, but then you say yours is good and it only cost $250. I don't know what you're trying to say.

It doesn't seem to have a tablet. Its also isn't available on Dell's website, but I didn't check other retailers.

If you can't find something in my price range, then just try to get the lowest cost possible. I'll probably be able to work something out as long as its not $1000+.

Is there possibly a better Mac laptop that isn't over nine thousand dollars?

Out of curiosity I maxed out everything in the box below just to see what the ending price was, $7,938...

...for a laptop...

This seems nice, except I don't know about the battery life.
