I want a placeable camera brick, and when you press a certain button your view changes to that camera, but you are still able to move.
I want this because it would be easier to make movies.

The Orginal idea wasn't from Gmod, its only from Gmod because you said it was.

Not possible really, same reason we can't do portals with correct view.

Also, dunno if you can do the moving thing unless you make it a special vehicle or something...

I agree with Ladios, and I disagree Ninja, if you take a good look around the add-ons section, the only decent mods have been coming out of Kaje (no offense to the rest of you)
Without Badspot also adding in those extra things, the modders can't do as good of a job as he can.
Badspot has also been taking really long to release this update, so who knows what he has up his sleeve for us.

Kaje only adds weapons and vehicles. Space,Ephi,Aloshi and sometimes Me give you gamemodes and extras (like my RPG, Spaces' Team DM and Aloshi's PDA)

I think you mean third person, and still won't work very well.
Let's say I want to tape myself going off a ramp, but I want to place the camera so it shows the whole ramp and myself from the side, I can't do that using first or third person views.
Why are you arguing with me?

@SPARTA: I mean first person...If you want to film yourself do it in first person. If you want to watch yourself do something, like flyz0rz over a ramp, ask someone to film you. I'm not arguing, its hard to understand what you mean, not all of us can afford GMod. :-P
