Scrappy, it's your friend Flashback here. I'm really sorry, but this just...isn't that good. I'm going to give some friendly tips.
1: Instead of just fonts, make cool pictures for sections. I mean, look at Meteor, their section titles are BOSS.
2: Don't let just ANYONE in, have guidelines and only let people in who qualify.
3: Have a member limit! CS became blockland's biggest clan (I checked). You should have 12, 16 at MAX.
4: Specialize in one or 2 things ONLY. All-around clans arent that good, but highly successful clans, such as iEvent, ASCII Events are about eventing, while others which I cannot name because I didn't do my research specialize in building. Others specialize in combat (which usually suck) and then there's good modeling/scripting clans.
5: Don't make a website, I've done it before, it's not worth it. It's too hard to take care of, just make a formspring, and maybe a Tumblr/Twitter/Facebook account for it.
