The Isallan Imperium Presidium has voted to remove all ships from Human-controlled space, as their recent encounter with advance Halian forces has proven them more than capable of defending themselves. However, in the event of a critical failure in our defensive line at G-634 we will occupy the space over Cerio as a fallbakc defensive position, and to prevent Halian forces from landing an invasion force.
Also, the Presidium suggests that if a war in orbit were to break out, that the belligerent forces draft a treaty banning the use of certain weapons of mass destruction.
