LED Light Pumpkin Helm of +7 Cool

This is an idea I had awhile back, looking for some help on how to do this for Halloween.
Anyone who contributes generously will get name of choice engraved inside helm.





My main problem is how the hell am I going to do the LED work, random light show, and how to spraypaint it to look the same.

Its a replica of a pumpkin that you wear as a helmet. and instead of a face there is LED lights.

If you figure out the wiring or whatever, you could have a switch or remote in your hand to trigger different faces
maybe have a wire from the head to the hand for better use?
