I should also Id like to loose the moobs first.

Cardio, that always helps. Doing squats, push-ups, and lifting weights can also trim down fat and build muscle. :o

I'd look mostly on workouts that focus core (torso area down)^. Unless yore just looking to burn fat and not gain muscle

Stop eating and run a mile every day.
Worked for me.
But I did faint after 2 days while running, so at least eat breakfast.

Sit on forums for hours, your body will eat away at your fat for energy. (Be careful because it'll affect your muscles as well.)

Push ups do almost everything on your upperbody. Basically, they work on your pecks as well so your moobs should decrease in size.

Seriously, If you stop eating, Your body will create tons of extra fat to compensate for lack of food.

What? If he stops eating he'll lose a lot of energy.

If you want to lose some weight in way that's healthy, then start by cutting all the stuff you consume.  You don't have to eat chicken and vegetables everyday, but stop all the junk food.  Drink water only, I know at first it's bland, but once your body realizes how loving good it is for you, it taste GREAT. Other than that, you can pretty eat whatever you want within reason. Then I suggest you start doing P90x, since you can workout at home. Once you're confident with your body, start working out in public(Gyms, jogging, ect) and make friends who are also active to keep motivated. I've lost 15lbs in the last quarter and I've truly never felt better. If you want to lose weight like a handicap, then starve yourself. Also whenever you do cardio, you should be sweating and feeling your heart beat, anything less is a waste of time.

He could have a snack from time to time, but if you spend most of your time doing what I suggested, it can significantly solve his problem, (But may cause pain)

Eat these instead of Oreos. They are somewhat healthier.
