I was on IRC, when I see this guy called HALO 3 CHIEF advertising for his server a lot of times, but he didn't get kicked. So I asked if he could stop, and he IRC messages me, being mad. He eventually tries to make me jealous by bragging about his "best ever halo addons".

Hahaha, lie of the century. I looked at his server, 1/32 players.

TL;DR version: It's impossible to describe how far this guy's stupidity reaches.

His ID is 22472, by the way.
