There's a guy named Link on the RTB IRC client. He goes around randomly PMing people something weird, and it auto-disconnects them. I'll take a picture the next time it happens, but until then, discuss it anyways.

He's getting legitimately disconnected by either a faulty connection or being kicked by an administrator. RTB labels the notification "Link" for unknown reasons, and shows them the disconnection notice. This is not a PM. It's just a standard notification.

This isn't the first time this topic has shown up, and it should be common sense why this is happening.

I have a strong connection, and I wasn't even doing anything to get kicked. I just get pm'd by someone named Link with a string of code and I'm disconnected.

The 'faulty connection' doesn't just apply to you but also the server. The centralchat.net server has been known to sudden crashes and instability.

Wrong, it's true, except Link isn't a player.
This happens to me all the time after I take a Megashot that takes a while.

Its no hack on the IRC Client, all the sudden I get the PM from link too, and I check on the IRC, turns out that I was disconnected, what exactly happened just like the OP.

Well, I have NEVER had this issue.  This shouldn't be under DRAMA though.  This isn't a REAL person nor any proof, This should be on Off-topic or HELP.
