Each Section of the Forum has two delegates. (The section you are elected to can have as much or as little to do with your actions as you please) Resolutions are proposed by the forumers as a whole, with a required 4 other members supporting the resolution for it to be taken into voting. The delegates then determine to vote Yea or Nay on the proposal. If passed, it becomes Internet Law. (Note: They are not actual laws and do not have to be taken seriously)
Delegates may also propose, but delegate proposals are instead voted on by the general populace and require half of the other delegates supporting said proposal. If you want to be elected to a position, elections will be held monthly and the candidate votes will be daily until all sections have two delegates. There is no limit to how many can run for a position, but once you select where you are headed, there's no turning back.
