A two minute fraps recording is 3GB. Any position responsible for handling the creation and organization of clips that is not "Director" is currently impractical.

No no, file size isn't an issue, it's the fact that, instantly upon pressing the record key for Fraps, my framerate in Blockland drops like a rock to 4 or 5 FPS. My laptop essentially sucks, is the main reason. And as an editor, I wouldn't be responsible for handling the creation and organization of clips, I would purely edit them. And by "edit," I mean, create special effects, transitions, text overlays, intros, credits, the whole deal.

I think hes talking about the person who edits the videos have to get the frap clips, which 3GB is kinda hard to send to someone over the internet.
