Hosting Times
My time zone is 8 hours ahead of GMT. Eastern Standard Time with daylight saving hours active (which would be right now) would mean EST is 4 hours behind GMT.
If it's 12AM midnight there it's 12PM noon here.

EST is always GMT-5 and it never changes.
