He's adding more options for what can be in GUIs it sends, but again, it is only specific things granted for use to lower the possibility of GUIs that crash you in some way. You could put any command in a normal GUI button, including deleting key parts of the game or something. That's why RTB4 allows a list of things instead of attempting to block every method of destroying a game.
My point: It's useful, but don't assume you can do everything.
