It would only be at most a Tropical Storm according to the map, though.

If you look at the text, it says that it graphs out paths of all tropical storms within two degrees of Katia from 1851 to 2010. Those are not predicted paths.


They don't know the path it'll take yet apparently.

Unless that's what the one with magenta lines is saying, I'm not sure exactly.

It could still be helpful in predicting the hurricane's strength in different areas.
