You can't avoid cussing the majority of the time, and I personally don't like it much; I can live with it but I'd rather people didn't swear...at all, especially when I get enough of that offline from people who don't like each other much.

If you change the chat line time to 0 you can avoid seeing any messages at all.

Cursing is not funny, and is inappropriate, no matter what age you are. Plus, it's also against a lot of people's religion, to curse. The least you could do is respect that. And not to is immature. Yet you're saying others are "too young" to see cursing? that's a lot like saying their too "immature," when you're the one who is being immature here.

Language is just an idea, and words only have a meaning if you give them a meaning.
In other words, 'bad' words are only bad because you say they're bad.
I also don't get how one word can be 'bad' while others that mean the exact same thing aren't.

If people want others to not use these words, then they need to enable the filter (or not disable it, I believe it's on by default)
