That goddamn uTorrent search bar thing.

In the haste of trying to install uTorrent, I accidentally decided to let the little search bar thing install. Now, it's loving up my google chrome to the point where I cannot stand. I have no idea how to get rid of it. Do you guys?

omg. Same thing happened to me.

You have to go to your prefrences to remove it

Try Add/Remove Programs or whatever it is for you. Sometimes, they can be taken out through there.

uTorret messed up my system as well, I suggest you do what MegaSci said. I think that's how I fixed it anyway.

It annoys me that people do this.
(Directed at the publishers and the ones 'rushing through the install')

This being two things:
-Publishers who cram stuff you're obviously not looking for into an installer for something else, with the checkbox ticked by default.
-People who don't uncheck it and mash on the next button till it doesn't work.

I was able to remove it by right-clicking on the the little utorrent symbol near the favourites button, and pressing Disable uTorrent search bar.
