Duplicator- Setting forget ups

Good god. How many times have I heard this happen, people download the duplicator and go in game. Someone asks for you to decrease the delay. Then you go to do it. It's loving gone.
Please feel free to post suggestions and solutions to this problem.

here's more proof that he has no idea what he's talking about :D
the RTB prefs for the delay arn't showing up for skorp, or the duplicator isn't enabling when it should be

Sometimes re-loading bricks or loading a small build can fix it, i dont know why but it does.

that's only to get the duplicator to start functioning i think, not actualy getting part of it, or all of it to show up
