Extremely bland. You should have textures on the floors, text that doesn't get separated mid-word due to lack of room or creativity, a more detailed roof so that the big "Movie Theater" sign doesn't look out-of-place, work done on the doorways and walls... because we all know movies theaters are completely flat, and perhaps more or less empty space.
