BLOCKLAND GRAPHICS MESSING UP AGAIN!!!!

Ok here is the thing,I installed a new tex pack for blockland.It didnt work because I dont know how to install texture files.So the graphics messed up.
So I re-downloaded blockland..Guess what...THE GRAPHICS ARE STILL THE SAME

I know it isnt my video card because all of my pc games are working fine.

But I had blockland when I got this computer.It played blockland fine but then when I downloaded a new texture pack this happend.Re installed blockland and the same thing is going to happen.

I have the same one and it handles it fine. He just installed it wrong.

Set your texture detail to high, disconnect, and then reconnect so that the game reloads.

But why it has the same graphics when I used a texture pack and then unistalled it?

Last time I had this issue,it was being from another blockland file.The cause is,the system messed up both of the graphics and causing an error.But I do NOT think this is the case.
-The graphics setting blah blah didn't help
-I reinstalled blockland multiple times
-I failed to install a texture pack (Most likely to be the case)
-Then I deleted some of the texture pack's files to see if it can fixed...Im afraid not...
-I ran CC cleaner's bugs (to clear out what was going on)and it said blockland was missing a MUI cache or what ever and I fixed but it did not work.
