The image shows error levels. You aren't supposed to be looking at how much 'static' is on the image itself, but the change in density of 'static' in certain areas.
There seems to be less 'error' on the sheet of paper, meaning it's a different level of detail. Though it's an extremely small difference, so it's likely the fact that it's marker on a white canvas causing that difference in detail. It's an extremely slight difference, meaning it could either be a false positive, or a very very good edit.
Okay, so she was trolling you. Mission success. I agree that she's an attention whore, but this is too good of proof. It's not photoshopped, not edited, and I can't think of anyone who would do something like that for their friend.
