also he was tall, but in that particular pictures he is next to gimle and the other humans are in the background so he looks taller.

Fun fact, the actor who played gimle was actually the tallest member of the cast.

Its quite a cinematic masterpiece.

Weren't the Ainur the first ones the main god created?
