dl'd the lizard program. it'sNEAT

AND THEN STOCKS WAS NO MORE.

lolno but that's cool

Very neat. Are you using meta tables to instance the blocks?

I'm using a 2d array.
Is the block selection keyboard based or mouse based?

psh
Mouse.

Edit2: You left click to place the blocks, right click to mine, and the arrow keys to select the block you place.

And you use the mouse to aim your cursor.

maybe a second option to use the A and D keys to select blocks? or the 0-9 keys at the top of the keyboard?

I feel that would be a little bit more comfortable.

I'll probably change it to Q and E.

Also added a bunch of random stuff.

Edit: Working on some new blocks:

Mossy Stone
Vines
Glass
Glass Windows
Torches

and that's it. I need a system for placing blocks ontop of other blocks without it replacing them in the index, but that will take 2 seconds.

editEdit: There has never been a modern-themed mining game. I should include electronics and modern stuff.

Yes, you should. Also what does your player look like?

Add computer terminals that you can access.

Add computer terminals that you can access.
When I think of terminals I think of Fallout 3 and SS13.
